“ I have been on the KETO program since 18th of July 2019, for ca 5 month. I started on my own in the beginning of July and my weight was 99 kg and my insulin units was 40 per day.

I have Diabetes type 2 since 1995 and take insuline the last 5 years. So my purpose with this Keto program is to better my Diabetes condition as well as lose more weight.

So when started the Keto coaching with Ivett in the middle of July I alreday lost 4 kg in 2 weeks to 95 kg. Then with help of Ivett I lost 10 kg more on my weight to 85 kg!!
