Everything you have just read described how I personally felt and experienced life just up to a few years ago.

Under no circumstances, I want to or intended to body shame or make anyone feel bad for their look or how they feel about themself. If you are already reading this far you probably share some of these experiences.

I know I felt all of these when I was about 40 lbs heavier, very sick and unhealthy. The quality of my life greatly decreased because I didn’t feel well, lots of body issues and I was so fatigued I literally canceled everything after 4 PM and came up with lame excuses why I couldn’t go, contribute or attend even though inside me I really wanted to go.

I know I felt hopeless and went really sad that the majority of my life I will look like this (picture to the left) and I was in my 20s😱… I didn’t find a way out. I had a totally different body image in my head: I felt young, healthy, fit and slim with a great amount of self-confidence and this absolutely didn’t match how I looked.

I have achieved a great amount of success in improving my health, quality of life and eventually losing all the extra weight with this program.

It has become my life mission to help others so they no longer have to experience life as I described before and actually they can make free choices without being put down by their health or weight issues.
