Since I have been on the keto diet I have been looking for a good keto bread recipe. This is the best keto bread recipe that I have found.
My best keto bread recipe: almond flour bread
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 3-4 tablespoons of butter (70 gr)
- 1 pinch of salt (We use this)
- 1,5 cups or 3,5 dl of almond flour
- 1/4 of teaspoon of cream of tartar
- 3/4 of tablespoon of baking powder
- 3 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- -Preheat the oven to 375 F / 190 C
- -Separate the egg yolk from the egg whites
- -Add cream of tartar to the egg whites
- Whip the egg whites until it has peaks and it is so solid it doesn't come out of the bowl.
- Add the almond flour, egg yolk, salt, melted butter, baking powder and the apple cider vinegar in a food processor and mix them together.
- Slowly add the egg whites in 3 parts.
- Pour the mixture into a baking form.
- Put it in the oven for 30 min. You can double check if it is ready with the toothpick test.
- Take it out of the oven and let it cool a bit. Enjoy your keto bread!

Nutritional information for the keto bread per 100 gr: 406 Cal, 3,8 gr carbs, 12,3 gr protein, 37,3 gr fat.

I just finished making your keto almond flour bread and it is delicious, Perfect. Unless I missed it, how long will it last? Should I put it in the fridge or in a ziplock bag on the counter like I would a loaf of bread. Also is it possible to toast the almond flour bread without it falling apart? Hi! Sorry for answering so late. The bread in our experience lasts a few days, but to be honest we have always eaten all of it before even 1 had the chance to go bad. We have also toasted them no problem. They should not fall appart.

Well. Try it without and see how it turns out. The cream of Tartar stabilises the egg white. So I guess maybe it would work without it too.
If I don’t have cream tartar what I can use instead.
May I replace it by more baking powder
Can you update the you tube video and adjust the print recipe for what looks like an error to me Please clarify which is correct the video captions say 3/4 Tablespoons of baking powder. The voicing part of the video says 3/4 teaspoons of baking powder. The orient recipe says Tablespoons. Thanks so much and looking forward to making it once all the measurements are confirmed
One more comment can you speak the oven temperature as well because blind people can hear it like all. The temperature for the bread video could have been added later when you realized it was not mentioned in the taping

What is the actual measurement for flour. I do not understand what your measurements mean in cups
Sorry for the late reply. You can simply take the cup measurement spoons and measure out the dry ingredients like that.
